Reginald “Reggie” Rice started his electrical career by attending Croom Vocational High School, where he enrolled into the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Program, with a concentration in electrical. This program provided him with the core foundation of electrical knowledge. After graduation, he started working for a local electrical company where he obtained his electrical  knowledge. After several years of on-the-job training, he decided to start his own electrical company and RAE Services LLC was established in 2020.
